PART OF PHILOSOPHICAL SHORTCUTS BY ADIB BEN JEBARA
A synthesis is not a compilation.
One is encouraged to compile in a thesis for a doctorate.
A synthesis can be a short text.
My main thesis is that Fermat possessed a proof of his
theorem, but
that this proof was not found due to a period of
intellectual
stagnation of about sixty years.
Another important thesis is that I link thought to
mathematical
waves and consider it eternal, suggesting the immortality
of the soul and that souls are destined for an afterlife,
not bodies.
Adib Ben Jebara
The intellectual stagnation of the last sixty years is due
to extreme specialization.
I expressed these ideas in a book of mine published in 2015,
but not clearly enough.
The mathematical community has taken the wrong direction
by prioritizing quick results and salaries
over fostering long-term innovation; in my opinion,
another approach could have led to new
proofs through the exploration of new axioms.
Adib Ben Jebara
The important thing to remember is that we must make greater
use
of the mind with a broad general knowledge.
This is what management students have not been
convinced of.
To succeed, they rely on a significant capacity for work
and therefore without reform.
Reminder
My main thesis is that Fermat possessed a proof of
his theorem, but that this proof was not found
due to a period of intellectual stagnation lasting
approximately sixty years.
Another important thesis is that I link thought to
mathematical waves and consider it eternal, suggesting
the immortality of the soul and that souls
are destined for an afterlife, not bodies.
The intellectual stagnation of the last 60 years is due
to extreme specialization.
Adib Ben Jebara
Brain waves change if there are pathologies
and not if there are unusual thoughts.
I conducted an experiment on this subject.
So thoughts are not to be associated with brain waves
but with mathematical waves.
If you are interested in the history of science, you
may yourself make a discovery confirming a
discovery from the past.
In any case, you must be careful to cultivate your
mind with regard to old and new theories.
It can take years to find a good
research direction for those who are concerned
with looking in a good direction.
The link between my various observations is the 60 years
of intellectual stagnation since 1965 due to extreme
specialization.
Adib Ben Jebara
The theorem for which Fermat claimed a short
proof relates more to set theory than
to number theory.
So the proof is understandable by people
not too specialized in a subdiscipline.
Since infinity is an attribute of God, any problem
of the existence of infinity is an attack on the idea
of God's omnipotence.
I should go down in history for having clarified
that it is a question of axioms
of the existence of infinities.
Regarding axioms, we should start looking for new
axioms to take Godel's theorem into account.
Adib Ben Jebara
To explain the properties of natural numbers, we must
consider
that certain infinities do not really exist with only a
special case of the axiom of true choice.
I was corrected by Professor Andreas Blass regarding
the special case of the axiom.
Mathematics has always existed in a mathematical sky.
Remember that matter-energy has always existed
(conservation)
and that is why Evil exists, but Evil can be restricted.
The theories circulating may be not correct.
Adib Ben Jebara
Plato's thesis is that mathematics exists independently of
man.
The antithesis is that mathematics is created.
The synthesis is that the mathematical sky is in
motion.
Intellectual stagnation is a synthesis that
is not achieved, and this is encouraged by religions.
Remember that Fermat would have been persecuted by the
Church
if he had made his proof public.
It took a mathematician who was also a philosopher
to find it, and Bertrand Russell didn't
look for it, and neither did Albert Lautman.
Adib Ben Jebara
A synthesis existed at the beginning of the new phase
with Fermat and was lost sight of with the various
developments.
If you want to make a discovery, it's better
to have knowledge in several disciplines.
Reminders
To explain the properties of natural numbers, one
must consider that certain infinities do not really exist
with only a special case of the axiom of true choice.
Since infinity is an attribute of God, this undermines
the idea of God's omnipotence.
An important thesis is that I link thought to
mathematical waves and consider it eternal,
suggesting the immortality of the soul and that souls
are destined for an afterlife, not bodies.
