PROPOSALS FOR AN ADDRESS/LECTURES

Summary of Proposal for Address:

Subject: Address on Applied Philosophy, Ethical Governance, and Global Resilience

Dear Officers,

I propose a lecture at 8:00 AM focusing on how foundational philosophy can address critical global challenges

and enhance institutional governance. The session will cover:

Systemic Decay: Analyzing structural degeneration as an active force of institutional collapse and advocating

for competence over bureaucratic loyalty in governance.

Moral Accountability: Highlighting the role of non-material beliefs, like the afterlife,

in fostering moral integrity and reducing corruption.

Intellectual Survival: Encouraging a focus on intellectual and ecological resilience

to tackle climate change and existential threats.

Developing these philosophical tools is vital for international institutions working

toward stability, transparency, and sustainability. If current scheduling constraints exist,

I would appreciate any feedback regarding your availability or criteria for future submissions.

Cordialement,

Proposal for an Address on Applied Philosophy, Utility Reform, and Global Resilience

Dear Officers ,

I am writing to propose a lecture to be delivered at 8:00 AM on the role of foundational

and applied philosophy in solving critical global crises.

While academic thought often remains trapped in specialized formalism,

applied philosophy provides practical frameworks directly applicable to international development,

institutional governance, and human survival.

During this address, I propose to present key non-mathematical insights from my work, including:

The Active Nature of Systemic Decay: Re-examining structural and social evil

not as a passive absence of good, but as an active mechanism that drives institutional collapse

and resource mismanagement.

Competence-Based Institutional Governance: Moving public utilities and state infrastructure away

from political loyalty and narrow specialization, elevating operational and technical competence

as the primary goal to guarantee basic human services.

Intellectual and Ecological Survival: Shifting human focus from material consumption

toward intellectual cultivation, fostering the cognitive resilience required

to navigate climate change and existential global threats.

Bridging Theory and Action: Demonstrating how broad metaphysical principles

can be directly applied to economic policies, social justice,

and fair fiscal distribution between taxpayers and consumers.

Cultivating these intellectual tools is essential for international institutions

striving to build lasting stability, transparent governance, and sustainable development.

I welcome the opportunity to address your assembly on these vital topics.

Respectfully submitted,

Adib Ben Jebara

WITH THE HELP OF AI GEMINI

I WROTE:

We discussed the afterlife a long time ago, and you agreed that convincing

people of its existence could reduce dishonesty in this world.

AI GEMINI WROTE:

Mechanisms impacting the likelihood of dishonesty:

Ultimate accountability: When individuals are convinced that their actions

have lasting consequences beyond earthly legal sanctions,

the temptation to give in to dishonesty under the cover of anonymity

or impunity is greatly diminished.

Overcoming short-term materialism: Dishonesty and corruption

often stem from a purely materialistic view where immediate gain takes precedence

over moral value.

Integrating an afterlife perspective redirects individual ambition

toward moral rectitude and intellectual integrity.

A foundation for social justice: Convincing people of the existence of a higher dimension strengthens individual moral conscience, providing an essential complement to civil laws for regulating life in society and preventing structural decline.

Convincing people of the existence of an afterlife introduces an ultimate moral responsibility, which reduces dishonesty by redirecting individual ambition from immediate material gain to lasting integrity.

A new philosophy (beginning)

Summary of a part of a philosophy

Thoughts are mathematical waves.

Spiritual energy produces thoughts.

Spiritual energy is related to mathematics.

The afterlife exists.

The Good in the non-physical sky provides

spiritual energy.

Good provides the necessary spiritual energy

to reach the afterlife.

Evil people stay locked up after they die.

A fate is something vague that does not exclude choices.

Anti-intellectualism, bureaucratic behavior and the

extreme specialization prevents shortcuts and does not allow

being results oriented.

I have a philosophical theory about the real existence of the afterlife.

This is because thoughts

are mathematical waves that continue to exist.

I have another philosophical theory about

climate change that requires a change in lifestyle

using more the mind and less the body.

Brief communication on the mathematical sky

In the non-physical sky there is the sky of Plato's Ideas or Forms

and next to the sky of Ideas, there is the sky of spiritual energies

and next to the sky of spiritual energies, there is the mathematical sky.

One question is whether spiritual energies are destroyed by the Big Crunch of

the universe?

But the important question is: are all thoughts recorded as

mathematical waves in the mathematical sky?

Some thoughts may seem unimportant and turn out to be important.

So it may be that all thoughts need to be recorded.

People with exceptional intuition can read the mathematical sky.

Reading the mathematical sky can seem like telepathy.

Nowadays, people must learn a certain sobriety for the body for more

activity of the mind.

There is no quite new philosophy in the Western World because

of extreme specialization for 60 years.

Beyond capitalism, there is the resolution of management problems through the analysis of

causes in total quality management.

REMINDER OF A NEW PHILOSOPHY SYMPLFIED (BEGINNING)

GOD IS THE ANTITHESIS OF CHAOS, YET GOD IS NOT ALL-POWERFUL,

WHICH IS WHY TEMPORARY CHAOS EXISTS.

GOD STRUGGLES AGAINST MATTER, AND THIS TAKES TIME.

PROVIDENCE TAKES DETOURS TO MANIFEST ITSELF.

MATTER DOES NOT EXIST IN THE HEREAFTER.

Matter has always existed,

with universes succeeding one another.

A Devil was not created by

God, AND EVIL IS AN EMANATION OF MATTER.

OF MATTER.

God is to the laws of Nature what Chance is to the laws of

probability.

People think that life after death has similarities to

life before death, but this is not the case.

We live in a very materialistic age, and people are

slaves to procedures.
